At Pacific Pet Treats, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality products that bring joy to you and your pets. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95, and complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $90. Orders are shipped nationwide through USPS and UPS.
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition. Perishable treats and items cannot be returned once opened. Approved returns are issued as a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
